What Will I Pay?
Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your specific insurance plan. Typical co-pays range from $0–$75 per visit, with $75 being the highest co-pay we have seen.
Deductibles, co-pays, coinsurance, and other patient responsibilities vary by plan. Your benefits may also differ depending on whether your appointment is telehealth or an in-office/physical visit.
How Do I Know What My Insurance Covers?
We recommend contacting the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card before your first appointment to confirm your benefits.
Ask your insurance company about:
- Coverage for telehealth visits
- Coverage for in-office/physical visits
- Your co-pay for each type of visit
- Your deductible and whether you have met it
- Any applicable coinsurance or other out-of-pocket costs
Because insurance benefits vary by individual plan, your insurance company's Member Services department is the best source for confirming your current coverage and expected cost.
